Orders to the UK are posted by Royal Mail delivery which usually takes
3-5 working days (approximately) This is not a tracked service.
For deliveries outside of the UK – The usual shipping times are:
Western Europe: within 3 -10 working days (approximately)
Eastern Europe: within 5 – 12 working days (approximately)
Rest of World including USA: 5 to 14 working days (approximately)
If you would like to have your order sent by tracked or expedited delivery, please contact me prior to purchase.
Although most items arrive much quicker, postal services in different countries can vary and I recommend leaving up to 1 week for UK deliveries and up to 3 weeks for international delivery.
It may take longer over the holiday period for orders to be delivered due to the increased volume of post at this time.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE
Items sent by standard Royal Mail Airmail cannot be tracked and therefore I cannot offer refunds on items lost in the post, where I can provide you with proof of posting.
If you contact a member of our team to request tracked posting before purchase and an item is lost in the post I can investigate the matter fully. If you would like an alternative delivery service (for example, faster delivery or tracked delivery) please contact us before purchasing.
International buyers are responsible for any customs and duty charges due on receipt of purchase. We advise that you check with your local authority about any customs duties you may incur before making a purchase.
NEW TERMS FOR CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE
Orders placed from the UK to Europe are now subjected to local VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for the payment of such import duties and taxes. The VAT will be based on your total order value. It should be noted that Bejiali Ltd has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different in different countries, we cannot predict the amount. Please contact your local customs and/or tax office for more information.
We accept payments by Debit/ Credit card or through PayPal.
If you do not have a PayPal account then don’t worry, you can still pay by credit or debit card through PayPal – it’s quick and easy.
We must receive payment in full for all items before shipping them.
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us to discuss the possibility of returns or exchanges before returning any orders.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted within 30 days of the buyer receiving the item. Items must be returned in original condition and appropriately protected for postage. The buyer must use a secure method of postage. The buyer must cover the cost of return postage and until the order arrives back with me the order is the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds are made minus shipping costs.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges of custom orders.
As this is an added service, orders with personalisation will take longer than normal to be despatched. All orders are different, so we are unable to suggest a timeframe without knowing your requirements. Please get in touch with our Customer Service team to discuss your requirements.
All personalised products will have been made to your specification. In these instances, we are unable to offer a refund for any products with personalisation. Of course, this does not affect your statutory rights.
Any information we have of yours on this website is used only for the sole purpose of your transactions. We do not use your information for anything other than your order.
